In 1988/89 Tim McMurray at Mac 1 split ways with Stan Russell and Earon Carter of South Bay Arms. After the break Tim revamped the Annihilator and released the Annihilator MK1 with Quick Config 12 gram changer.

This model Annihilator used the standard Sheridan P series bolt, a Sheridan PGP lower tube and a 12/13 inch barrel from Mac 1.
